These terms apply to your use of palmplumbinganddrain.com, operated by Palm Plumbing and Drain LLC ("Palm," "we," "us"). By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Information on this site

The content on this site is general information about our services. It is not a quote, inspection or professional diagnosis of your plumbing. Every home is different, and our technician will confirm what your system needs in person.

Booking and service

Requesting an appointment online, by phone or by text is a request for service. Your appointment is confirmed when we confirm the date and time with you.

The scope and price of any work are set out in the written estimate or work order you approve before work begins, in line with The Written Promise™. The Palm Pledge™ 365-day workmanship guarantee applies as described in the documents you receive at the time of service. Those documents govern the service itself, and they take priority over anything on this website.

Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the site. That includes trying to disrupt it, access it without permission, copy it in bulk, or use it for anything unlawful.

Our content

The Palm name, logo, Palm Certified™, The Written Promise™, The Palm Pledge™, The Clean Exit Standard™, Know Before They Knock™ and the text, photos and design of this site belong to Palm. You may not use them without our written permission.

Some features are provided by other companies, such as Housecall Pro for online booking. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them. We are not responsible for content or services we do not control.
